WETSUIT WARRANTY

All BARE wetsuits are covered by a 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or negligence. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at BARE’s option. This warranty is rendered invalid by unauthorized repairs.

DRYSUIT WARRANTY

BARE will honor all seams and workmanship claims for seven years. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect and the normal effects of wear and aging. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement at BARE’s option and,where permitted by law, does not include consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is rendered invalid by unauthorized repairs.

DRYSUIT MATERIALS WARRANTY

BARE drysuit materials, excluding seals and zippers are covered by a 2-year warranty. Seals are covered for 90 days and zippers are covered for one year from the date of original purchase from an authorized BARE dealer. The warranty doesnot cover damage caused by misuse or neglect or the effects of normal wear and aging. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement at BARE’s option and, where permitted by law, does not include consequential or incidental damages.This warranty is rendered invalid by unauthorized repairs.

EXOWEAR WARRANTY

Your BARE Sports ExoWear has a 1-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship from date of original purchase from an authorized BARE Sports dealer. Zippers are covered for 90 days. If the garment is found to be defective under normal use and proper care, BARE Sports will repair or replace the garment at its sole discretion. The decision to replace or repair a product is made by the BARE Sports Returns Department after receipt of the defective garment. At no time does BARE Sports offer refunds. Defective garments should be returned clean and dry, postage prepaid.

 


EXOWEAR REPAIR PROCEDURES

Garments needing repair must be returned to the place of original purchase, or other authorized BARE Sports dealer. Contact the place of purchase or authorized BARE Sports dealer to make arrangements with the repair department. Send detailed information on areas of garment needing repair. Repairs or replacements will be determined upon inspection by a BARE Sports representative.

  • No warranty repair will be accepted without original receipt
  • If returning for repair, all products must be clean and dry
  • If garment is within 1-year limited warranty, party requiring repair must pay for shipping cost sending in the garment
  • If garment warranty has expired, all repairs will be at cost to be determined by BARE Sports and communicated to the requesting party for approval prior to repairing the gear.
  • Party requiring repair must pay for shipping cost for both sending in and returning of the garment.

OTHER BARE PRODUCTS WARRANTY

All other BARE products, except where specified, are covered by a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or negligence. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at BARE’s option, and where permitted by law does not include consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is rendered invalid by unauthorized repairs.
